Build Your Own Staff Training Programme
The option to build your own staff training programme is a flexible solution if you want to:
- purchase a single course for a trainee so that you can monitor their progress
- create a bespoke training programme with multiple courses for one or more members of staff
- have multiple staff members complete a single course
It is the ideal way to create a learning pathway that is specific to your organisation’s needs and will help you train your staff to a consistent, high standard of safeguarding knowledge.
When creating a group, you will be able to invite trainees to participate by manually adding their details to the group – either individually or by uploading a CSV file. They will then be notified of their participation and receive login details by email.

As a Group Leader you will be able to manage your trainees through the Group Management interface.
From this central admin area, you can monitor the progress of the trainees through Course, Quiz and Progress reports to show evidence of successful completion of the individual courses that make up the programme.
