Please note that each trainee will need their own account to complete a course, receive feedback on their progress and a personalised CPD certificate upon successful completion of the course.

To enrol yourself on one or more courses, simply choose your course(s) and complete the purchase as normal.

However, if you are purchasing a course (or multiple courses) for one or more colleagues, you will need to Build Your Own Staff Training Programme in order to:

  • purchase multiple seats across a number of different courses. (i.e. a number of different courses for one group of trainees)
  • purchase multiple seats for a single course. (i.e. multiple trainees taking one course, as a single group)
  • purchase a single seat for one or more courses if the trainee is not the person completing the order. (i.e. purchasing one or more courses through your account but for someone else)

By creating a training group for your staff, you will be able to monitor and track their progress, send them emails from your dashboard, and also generate reports to provide feedback.

You can create and manage as many groups as you like. Simply set up a new group for different courses and cohorts, and manage them centrally from your own account.
